 Both races start and finish on Chicago's lakefront, at 63rd Street Beach House.

50K:  8:30 AM

Course
  • Consists of 4 out-and-back segments.
  • The races follow the Lakefront running path.
  • Mostly asphalt with some concrete sections.
  • One of the flattest 50k and 50Mile courses in North America.
  • The current 50 mi. world record was set on Chicago's lakefront in 1984. 

Awards

 Medals to all finishers. Overall male and female trophies.

 To every paid participant.

Aid Stations

 Three; approximately every 2.5 miles. Amply stocked with water, Gatorade, cola, and a variety of food items.

Registration

 By mail or online. 
Online Registration will close 10/27/10 at midnight.  You will be unable to register anywhere on 10/28/10.  Registration for both races and packet pickup will be available at Fleet Feet 1620 N. Wells St. Chicago on Friday 10/29/10 from Noon till 7 PM and on race day before the start.
